- aka "The SBA Lady", is well known for commercial real estate and small business loan development by utilizing the US Small Business Administration loan programs. Cathie’s accomplishments include the prestigious SBA Lender of Excellence award as well as the 2003 Financial Services Advocate of the Year award for the U. S. Small Business Administration’s Region 10 which covers Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Alaska. These awards are given to those recognized as a champion lender for the small business owner. Cathie has been an invited guest at the US Senate during Small Business Week and has been an invited audience member to various luncheons in Washington D.C., Most notibly with former Vice President Cheney. Cathie has also advocated for the small business owner with U.S. Senators, by suggesting improvements to the SBA loan program that make common sense. As a partner in success with the small business owner, Cathie believes in providing the best service possible to her clients when it comes to obtaining an SBA loan and providing valuable small business consulting services.
